1. Pour nourishing body oil onto fingertips. If more oil is needed remove stopper to pour again

2. Apply evenly to the surface of the body

4. If more oil is needed to remove stopper and poor again

5. Allow excess oil to absorb into the body

Very Good Oil

This oil has nice smell, light, and easily absorbed. No greasy feeling. Can be used from head to toe. I gave it 4 stars because it’s so hard to dispense the oil from the bottle - or there is something wrong with the bottle I have?
