1. Pour nourishing body oil onto fingertips. If more oil is needed remove stopper to pour again

2. Apply evenly to the surface of the body

3. Massage using the Meridian Pressure Brushes or the Eight Bead Acupressure Stick

4. If more oil is needed to remove stopper and poor again

5. Allow excess oil to absorb into the body
