I've been doing the daily Tai Chi "livestreams" with Dr. Laurel and was interested in these brushes. Some of the moves we're doing were in very specific areas of the body and I figured I would be targeting those areas more effectively using the brushes instead of cupping my hands. Once I got them, I did feel like I upped my game, in my own self care. I initially did not want to pay the price for them, but honestly, there's nothing out there that compares to what these are, in how they're made. They're comfortable and easy to use.I'm glad I bought this.

Step one: Apply the Herbal Oil on the area you would like to treat.
Step two: Use the brush(es) to apply pressure and gently glide across your skin.
Step three: Brush each area 2 or 3 times.
Step four: Allow excess oil to absorb.
